From our meeting (Philippe, cheese maker, and
Alain, farmer) is born the Farm of Rapilles,
located in the Gorges du Furon. We maintain our
slopes ("rapilles"), in organic farming, in order
to develop the maximum of flora. All this diversity
is found in our milk and in cow cheeses.
Come and meet our young ladies as well as enjoy
our range of full-fat raw milk cheeses.
